I've been watching coverage on and off all day today. When the wind and rain ease, hopefully in the morning, I'm sure the aerial views will be devastating.

I said it in another thread that it is deplorable that there are people who resort to personal threats against politicians and their families. I can't imagine having that much hate within.

Good to hear Scape. It must have been a huge relief to get word from them that they are coping with it but safe anyway. The footage they are showing on CTV and CBC is absolutely awful. This is sounding even worse today and I'm hoping they are overstating just how bad it might be.

Hopefully the majority of people have taken all reasonable measures to prepare and that there is no loss of lives during this storm.

Does anyone here have relatives or friends who are in the path?
