At least several thousand people are expected in Portland, Oregon, on Saturday for a right-wing rally in support of U.S. President Donald Trump and his "law and order" reelection campaign as tensions boil over nationwide following the decision not to charge officers in Louisville, Kentuck...

Since I can't edit my post above... a few other members show being logged in this afternoon but not all. Something happened at 1:37am this morning. Besides it being hit and miss for which threads even open, and inability to post directly in them, I also noticed the usual mod tools don't show up. Wel...

An interesting observation... Upon checking to see if I could access my profile I noticed it shows my last visited time as Thursday at 1:37 am. That was weird so I checked random others from the "last 24hrs" section. A bunch of us show the same. Strangly, Scape's last visted time is about an hour ago.

I guess this should be under business or lifestyle topic but I find it hilarious. For those who aren’t looking for grass-stained denim, Gucci is also offering a $850 wool sweater featuring mothball-style "intentional tears" as part of its latest collection. Last year, the designer brand ma...

I race cars. I haven't raced cars this year. I miss racing cars, and I really like racing cars. But not racing cars means people don't die. So I don't mind not racing cars. Gives me more time to fix the cars I've been meaning to for years. In the interim, playing video games is a social activity th...

We have quite the collection now  We have been doing a 1000 piece jigsaw. A white cat on a bluish grey background, almost impossible to fit by colour alo...

That being said, if in Skeena they force Nathan Cullen to withdraw his nomination because some 'rule' says it has to be handed to the woman candidate without a vote by the constituency.... I'll vote Green. According to the link I placed below Nathan Cullen is running in the Stikine riding. I rememb...

Started learning to play the piano about 3 months ago. Found a teacher who gives in person lessons. Now spend a least two hours a day practicing. Playing music yourself elevates the soul. That's awesome. A great way to escape into another world. I have made 8 necklaces for myself in the last few mo...

A person with knowledge of the punishment tells The Associated Press that at least three NFL head coaches have been fined US$100,000 for violating the league's rules that they wear face coverings on the sideline. The person, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the league wasn't announcing s...

Not worried too much about the risks of Covid at this point TBH. Had it been within the 1st 6 months of the outbreak maybe. The 2nd wave is of concern but if handled correctly, I have no reason to see why elections BC is not up to task, then there really is no issue. I'm not worried either. I deal ...

Trump offered strong support for the deal he said would create 25,000 U.S. jobs. "I have given the deal my blessing," Trump said. "I approve the deal in concept."

A rather odd choice in words of approval. Seriously... "blessing"?

If it came from Canada, that person needs to go to jail for a long time. It shouldn't be terribly difficult to figure out its origin. The item would be post-marked from wherever it was processed from in order to be forwarded through the system. Not that that would narrow it down much as likely it d...
