Civility!!! What about it? :? I was commenting on the word 'troll'. It can be a verb, or it can be an adjective. In the former form, it describes an action. eg: "to troll" In the latter, it could be considered a personal attack. eg: "a troll" Just an FYI to everyone. It can also...

No reason the City can't use it as well. Think about the beauty. John Tory: We're invoking the Notwithstanding Clause. Doug Ford: You can't do that; only the provincial and federal governments can. John Tory: We respectfully disagree. Doug Ford: It's against the law, you'll end up in court. John Tor...

It would be great theatrics if John Tory used the notwithstanding clause as well.

It doesn't apply to municipal governments.

Would it matter though? That's what Rob Ford would have done--double down baby!

No the truth is that Trudeau never said any such thing and you just got punked by our resident Russian troll.

This looks to me like some excellent police work. It appears the crime was random, probably opportunistic, which are by far the toughest cases to crack. IHIT worked this case hard for a year, dedicating thousands of manhours. Hats off to IHIT for their work on this one--it will help bring closure to...

And what’s the crack about the car and 30 tvs supposed to mean? The comments were made publicly to the global media and so any intelligent person would understand they were made with the full intention that Trump would hear them. It was a crack that Trump made when he got to the conference with Kim...
