I noticed an article in the news from the CBC about Sikh Drivers not wanting to wear hardhats at work. (See article from Tuesday, 7 Mar 06) This reminds me of the incident I witnessed back in 1986 while going through Basic training at Cornwallis, Nova Scotia. During my 7th week of training, we heard...

I want to see Toronto not make the playoffs.
They need to be humbled, and realilize that Toronto is not the centre of the world for hockey.

They have a bunch of old worn out players who need it, especially Eric Lindros ( aka BABY HUEY)!!!!!!!!

I have been on the website the odd time, but have finally shown interest in your subjects and have time to give my perspective on things. I am a 43 year old English/French Canadian born in Mississauga, Ontario, but lived in New brunswick for 12 years, mostly during my teen years. I am in my second m...

As stated earlier, there is no way these two parties would merge. The NDP is too left wing and concern about the environmental for the Liberals. The Liberals have to keep their right wing people happy. This is why I think there is going to be a lot of right wing policies passed this session of parli...

Do you actually think that this current Canadian government will choose the proper aircraft for what we need, whether it is for the DART team, or any of our men overseas??

I would like to know how everybody here feels about the way things are going in the NHL with all the rule changes. I am especially interested in your views of the Shootout to end the game. I hate the idea very much. I was always told that hockey is a team sport. The outcome of the game should be dec...

Not all Muslums are violent. I think we need to step back and realilize that there are other religions out there, and unfortuneately, there are people to take their beliefs to the extreme, especially in countries where they are allowed to breed them. I am a Roman catholic and proud of it, but I do n...
