Thank you llama66. If you do go to the site please note that I found an error in the latest Blog post that my "web guy" put up today. Totally my fault as I didn't catch it in time. Had a bit of an issue with text transfer from a publishing program to simple word text. Should be fixed tomor...

I have no issue with you "not trying to be a dick..." I appreciate the honesty. I fully understand that "proof of concept" is important and that is what the initial issues will show (or not show). As for how things get published, I thought that I had mentioned that it is a digita...

You don't need to board anything...it's 100% free and all you need do is visit the site. As I don't want to be considered a "spammer", I haven't given out the site address. Should I do that?

To answer the questions asked, I will do my best: yes it IS designed to be a revenue generator...the CRA allows incorporated entities to donate a MAXIMUM of 75% of "net" income. This means I have to keep expenses to the absolute minimum (only claim enough to satisfy the CRA) allowing my co...

I have no issue with accepting help (that's why I'm here). I am just very proud of my country and the citizens who make it great. I want to give them a venue to "show-off" a little.

That is not to demean any Canada lovers out there....part of the objective is to profile/showcase the talents within. Someone (you?) mentioned that I should get Llama66 to be a contributor as humour exudes from his pores; would love to have him be a part of the team! But no one associated with the p...

Looking for only 100% Canadian made content...too many Canada lovers out there and we have enough talent within that we don't need to look outside of our borders.

At the risk of being called a merchant of spam, I will not delve into the finer points, just talk about the periphery. I am planing a publication, online and free to all, with content submitted by Canadians, much like what may often appear on this site. There will be no ability for anyone to abuse/c...

Hello BartSimpson. The reason that I am doing this "on my own" is quite simple (a little snapshot of the business model), the magazine I will publish, although free in every regard, is designed to generate revenue BUT...the revenue is then given away to Canadian charities and public school...

Ha! Llamma66, I glanced at your profile and I read that your interests include chewing on trolls...NOW I get the the post! Funny, and to be fair, I had to look up "internet troll" to realize that I am not one. If this is a site that does not indulge in serious discussion/questions, that's ...

Hello Martin 14! "Crapping on other sites as well" ... you certainly are a wordsmith. Not exactly the words I would have used, but to each his own. Your quote did use my words, although it failed to provide any background...if you read the "discussion" I had on the other site (yo...

Hello Housewife. Are you interested in hearing about my latest project? I could use the feedback I receive from as many Canadians as I can get.

Hello Strutz. Thank you for the reply (and the welcome!). I was getting lonely out here wondering if this was a waste of my time. Over the course of my career I have done K - 12 for every subject area imaginable (yes, industrial arts too...but NOT culinary arts! I can easily burn water) I have spent...

Hi everyone (anyone?)

I am not a youngster who is able to navigate this technology with the greatest of ease. I am hoping to open a discussion that will offer feedback to what I am doing with my "post retirement". I am interested in getting honest feedback from as many Canadians as I can.
