Lemmy Lemmy: Since Healthcare is a provincial concern, as spelled out in the Constitution, this would require a Constitutional ammendment, no?
natives are one of the few covered by national healthcare.

ASLplease ASLplease: ponygurl ponygurl: ok. We have an agreement. ASL gets the alkie nurse. I want the one that isn't.  if they are both sober and doing their job....how would you tell which one is which? And, why would you care?
