| the m/d format is another one of those american formats that they refuse to change. d/m is used by the rest of the world, just like the metric system |

| the problem is that most americans see everything as absolutes, there is only good vs evil, black or white, there is no inbetween for them, makes thing simpler, that way they don't have think too much to them conservative=capitalism=good while liberal=communism=evil they can't see that you can find ... |

| i live in canada, but i'm going to school in the uk right now and i can think of a couple reasons i'd rather live in canada everything is bigger in canada, i feel so claustraphobic in this place everything is cheaper in canada, if it's $10 at home, it's 10pounds here even though it gets damn cold in... |

| i know the government doesn't want to make this stuff widely known because of embarrassment, but don't you think if people knew about all of this shit, plus what the prisoners do to each other that it could help as a deterrent to crime? |

| word of advice for anyone who does rent a german and goes to germany, don't walk in the bicycle lane, it looks exactly like a sidewalk, but it's not, the sidewalk is another strip of pavement to your right, if you do walk in the bike lane germans get very, very upset if they have to stop, almost cam... |
