WRONG - right now its not police or emergancy workers, garbage collectors but Rural Service Mail carriers according to Canada post. Give me a frigging break. They knew the job details and demands before they bid and accepted the jobs.

| Bear spray works well on most individuals, however on some it doesn't. People with mental illnesses and others who build up a resistance through exposure to the spray by training with it for that purpose. I got hit 3 times on my course for effect to see what it is like in the event of cross contam... |
