| UPDATE: Our lovely justice system granted this killer an interview with Chris Summerville, the CEO of the Schizophrenia Society of Canada. I began to hear voices that normal people do not hear. I thought I heard the voice of God telling me to write down my journey. The voice told me that I was the t... |

| Intdoctrinating those kids while they're young! In Astonishing X-Men issue 50, out Wednesday, the openly gay mutant hero Northstar proposes to his longtime boyfriend, Kyle, with a same-sex wedding featuring a super guest list to follow next month — as well as sure controversy in some quarters... |

| BC Ferries as an entity is a complete joke. Does anyone else hate the food options on the ship? Very overpriced White Spot or grease-infested Americanized Chinese noodle boxes... And its so expensive to cross by vehicle! I go to this annual conference in Victoria in February via Tswassen-Schwartz B... |

| Is it just me or does anyone else think it would be more feasible for a fixed link from Victoria to Washington state? There is a series of close-in-proximity islands going from Victoria northeast to Bellingham, WA. And that's a short jaunt up the I-5 to Vancouver. If the bridge/tunnel started up tow... |

Lets just all get dual citizenships and turn Bellingham-Blaine into a 1M+ sleeping suburb of Vancouver. I'd be down for that. |

Can you imagine how much Victoria and the Island would explode population-wise if there was a fixed link?
The actual distance from the Mainland to the Island is not far, you'd have a new suburbia for Vancouver workers. |

| BC Ferries is the maritime equivalent of Air Canada. QFT. Haha, at least when you live in the Lower Mainland you can escape the other epic disaster which is the Canadian airline industry through a friendly place called Bellingham. :) I'm planning to go to Vegas for my 21st birthday in a few months,... |

Oh, this is awkward. Typical Metro Vancouverite, I consider everything outside of the urban belt 'the Okanagan'! *facepalm*
Kootenays is SE BC? |

| The one foray I have yet to delve into is the fish... I just have this weird phobia to the smell and texture of anything that comes from the sea. My brother and friends here in Vancouver tell me I eventually will have to break if I'm going to call this place home. But even forcing myself to eat sush... |

| The grass is always greener, eh? The one thing I loved about Manitoba, is despite the long ass winters (although this one was the warmest winter in a lonnnngg time from what my friends back East say), its sunny! Winnipeg has the most hours of sunlight out of all the cities in Canada. The rain on the... |

| Oh, don't kid yourself! The Asian friends I have LOVE fake Asian food. They acknowledge its not authentic in the slightest but they love the taste just as much as we Caucasians do! Haha. I like it too, in small doses. The thing with Americanized Chinese food, (to me at least), is its sort of similar... |

| Oh God, YUCK. Since moving to Vancouver, the fake Asian food just seems so lacking to me now. After you've had real Ramen, real pho, real Thai cuisine, etc. the likes of Panda Express, Manchu Wok, Thai Express, etc. do not par up. My favourite food right now is Thai Green Curry, banana leaf coconut ... |
