Paul Martin Sworn In As Prime Minister

The moment Paul Martin has been working towards for more than a decade has finally arrived. He was sworn in as Canada's 21st prime minister in Ottawa Friday morning.

Surrounded by the Liberal MPs named to the new prime minister's cabinet, Martin took centre stage as the ceremony got underway.
