When your best buddies the federal Conservatives put 199 conditions on Northern Gateway, you know it's time for Plan B.
Regarding the results... I know exactly how Leafs fans felt the other night... WTF??????

I wonder if there's a similar common reference to found there relevant to my feelings as a BC Con voter, and Canucks fan. My guys tanked, but oh well...at least the Commies didn't win.

Well, in the Canucks case it was more of shock. No one ever expected the BC cons to make any kind of waves.

Nope. Gateway is just shy of dead. Liberals would be retarded to push it through. I think they learned from the HST.

Don't count it out . I wonder how much opposition to it there really is. Tonights results are an example of how out to lunch pollsters are in BC.

Yes, look what happened with the HST..they gained four seats..create 50 000 jobs and gain 10 more seats.

History is a bit lost on you.

Gateway is ready for the fork. There is no appetite, natives environmental groups and citizens in the way will tie it up in the courts and Enbridge is spending lots of credit in its bed shitting campaign.

Better go east.

Money talks bullshit walks. A big fat cheque for the natives will cure their opposition.

Maybe for some but not for all. Don't bet the farm. There will be more than enough opposition to cause Enbridge to scrap it.

Quite a volatile electorate.

And bad news for the NDP all around...

How very true, SD. Today, I keep hearing the dippers complain about low voter turn-out being the reason for their defeat. Guess that means that Liberal supporters decided that the future of our province was worth the effort to get out and mark a ballot.
