I have been working on a new content section called "Canadian Achievements & Records". It will be a collection of Canadian world records, guiness records and Canada's greatest things.

I still have much work to do, but the basic framework is done and ready for submissions. It will help me with the layout to have more data to work with, so people can start submitting records now!

The "modify/contribute" link also works now. You will get credit under the contributors list.

Also I suck at writing, if someone could help me write a couple sentence intro to replace the "Intro text here", that would be awesome!

And as always, any suggestions are welcome. Maybe you have an idea for additional categories or something to add to the submission form.

Upon further inspection, "achievements" is rather misleading; the page is mainly a longest, largest, etc. type list. Canadian achievements would/should be more along the lines of the Canadarm, discovering insulin, Vimy Ridge, third nation in space, etc.

ANother Canadian achievment I thought of was that we came right after the Wright brothers and became the second nation to take flight.

well those types of things should be added as well. I just started with som longest and largest.
The title is "Canadian Achievements, Records & Firsts"

I couldn't think of a word to describe them all...

rather than mentioning Achievements here... submit them to the module!

I want to populate the "Canadian Achievements, Records & Firsts" with more entries.

So I am going to offer a free t-shirt (and shipping) to the first 2 people to add 10 "records". They have to be quality submissions though, not just 1 liners, they should include a photo, and a nice description paragraph.
