The datacentre and CKA servers are located in downtown Vancouver at the harbour centre. But the hosting companies head office is in Kelowna. IP geo location is not actualy based on its geo-location but where the IP block is registered at.

Often shaw ip's in vancouver will show up as in calgary, where shaw's main office is, for example.
