I'm having a socially and mentally-inept moment...so please pardon me if I come off as an imbecile. Are you asking whether or not the White House is on Canadian soil, or are you asking if the White House is suitably named? I was drinking from about 9 or 10 in the Saturday morning until about 2 am this morning, so my brain isn't quite up to speed yet.
