1.Canada has some REALLY nuker marrijiwana.... (BC POPCORN, Northern Lights, ect. ect.) may not be legal... but easy as hell to get...
2. Music is legal to download (not upload though)
3. Has this kick ass site....
Other reasons aslo... but due to reason #1 I don't remember...
