yah were cheap! i think out west were cheaper than back east.

Depends on where you are located. I think here in Southern Ontario, we are good shape.

We are much better off here in the west, with the deregulation in Ont some folks there cant pay the bills now

Deregulation is a big headache, whether it is the energy companies or anything else. Same applies with privatization.

A few years back there was talk of privatzing the LCBO, which is one of the only money-making ventures for the province. Why mess things up if they work?
