Been looking at the trailers in HD. Even though the Marvel Universe has Wolverine and project K being Canadian, it's American generals and American military kit featured throughout the trailer talking to him, pursueing him, etc. This irks me, but isn't a major problem. What got me was that the first war clip shows him in a blue uniform, which is usually French or American (couldn't identify his chest-plate), and the World War footage shows him assaulting a beach, when he was infact in the artillery during the World Wars. Also looks liek some vietnam-era footage in there too. Again, this would only irk me, but if he end up being an American through and through in the film, it'll be a real slap in the face to the Millions of Canadians who fought and died for our freedoms in the World Wars, and before them to form our great nation.

If it is true that they are saying the weapon X project was done by Americans, I will no watch this is theaters. I will download the shit out of it, but I wont pay good money to see it.

Originally was a book by a frenchman. Story went that some Girl from montreal had superpowers, and some evil doctor bitch wanted her in new york. Chaos reigned supreme up here since WWIII, and judging by the fact that we controlled alaska but BC's southern border was 10 minutes away from Kitimat, Somethign tells me we went up against the states and it ended up being a draw (since upstate New-york was still half an hour from Canada).

In movie, girl is from some mngolian safehouse, and artificially inseminated so that she would look liek the second virgin mary because some self-rightious post-christian superbitch wanted to be the next thing to god. the girl can also feel othe peoples pains/thoughts. They fight there way through Russia to the berings sea, took an old nuke-sb across, and were attacked by UAV's when hitting the Alaskan Coastline. they then stopped in Kitimate, tried to have sex for a night (can't remember if they did or not), and rode a coca-cola jet to New York, where a bunch more stupid shit happens. 2-5 years later Vin Diesel is a father figure.
