I wasn't upset about the offensive comment but I am not Japanese. This is an MP and a representative of the people, it a hard job. My sympathies go out to him but I wish he didn't say that.

I honestly think that people take it a little too far.. What if he said 'The Nazi's were bastards'.. I mean really, do you think there would be the same kind of negative response? Not at all. It was a reference to a period in history and an opinion of a his perception.. big deal. Doesn't really matter though.. I'm going to vote liberal anyway.
