Thanks for understanding what i was saying, but its the Liberal bastard that have been making that assertion about the CCRF ever since Canadians started to argue that gun ownership is a right.

Aging_Redneck Aging_Redneck: Blue_Nose Blue_Nose: Aging_Redneck Aging_Redneck: one might piss on all the anti-gun, pro-marijuana Liberals by using their own debating tactics against them........ marijuana is not mentioned in the CCRF, its not a right. Neither is scuba diving - it's a stupid argument. well if I cant have my guns, then they cant have their pot. And none of you can have scuba diving.
Fighting stupid with stupid... bravo.

Mustang1 Mustang1: mtbr mtbr: I see the king of flame has returned.
Sorry, Queen of Dumb, but i've been on topic more than you and your comment to Zip preceded any posting here. As per usual you're wrong, dummy Oh...and the irony of your post isn't lost on anyone that's graduated high school, dropout
*kaf* uh, yeah.. what do either of these posts have to do with the subject? You've equally posted your fill of off-topic useless crap now. But please, Mustang, contine to regale us with stories of how intelligent you are while doing little to back it up.

Aging_Redneck Aging_Redneck: There's a difference between DerbyX sitting on his comfy couch smoking a joint,
and, a hardened drug dealer that shoots his competitors, and rapes his women all in the name of drugs and profit.....The drug dealer does his own dirty work.
DerbyX, just because your joint comes out of a cellophane bag, doesn't mean that you are on higher moral ground.
Most pot dealers aren't involved in violent crime. At least, none of the ones I've ever met.

ridenrain ridenrain: Net result is there are no examples of pot being taxed effectively anywhere else, and because pot grown in Canada is destined for the states, it won't make any difference anyways.
Just because something hasn't been done before doesn't mean it can never be done. Nobody should have to explain this to anyone older than four years old.

CommanderSock CommanderSock: Most of that is about cocaine and heroin. I believe any drug that is addictive should be banned. Can't prove the addictiveness...legalize it.
Are you proposing that we ban coffee?

Coffee withdrawal doesn't cause shakes, hallucinations, nausea, urge to break into someone's house and take things to sell to fuel the addiction.

Aging_Redneck Aging_Redneck: romanP romanP: mtbr mtbr: Blue_Nose Blue_Nose: ridenrain ridenrain: The question is, why wouldn't this happen to pot as it does to cigarettes or alcohol. So how is showing that pot, alcohol, and cigarettes are all the same help your case that just one of the three should be illegal? we have a problem with two substances so we should throw in a third?..we don't need any more legal drugs. Why not? How is it government's business what I decide to put in my body? it not their business, but its not in the CCRF so you are fucked.
A lot of things aren't directly addressed in the Charter. That does not make them ripe for illegality. In fact, the Charter does essentially say that my right to do what I want ends when my fist hits your nose, and frankly I don't see how my smoking pot hurts you, especially if we're not even in the same room.
