$1:
Torture in Afghanistan: the liberals knew

Joel-Denis Bellavance
The Press
Ottawa

The old liberal government had been prevented by Canadian diplomats in station in Kabul, in 2003, 2004 and 2005, that torture was a current practice in the Afghan prisons.

In spite of these warnings, the Martin government decided to sign an agreement with the Karzaï government, in December 2005, in order to deliver to the Afghan authorities all the prisoners captured by the Canadian soldiers, reveal documents of the Ministries for Foreign Affairs obtained by the Press.

Politics, pure and simple. The Martin Gov. knew this was going on, and so did the press, but now that the CPC is in power, it's all a new problem. Just another mess left over for Harper to clean up.

one of our favorite tools in the neocon camp...when we face tough questions that we either can't or won't answer, simply refer to the previous gov't. Common fellow neocons, be honest and ignorant as there is no chance that the libbies will call you on it. But if you make a mess, atleast have the balls to admit it. So far, Steve, the man with the gorgeous head of silvery stiff hair, looks to have zero in the balls department. COMMON STEVE!

So lets just SUPPOSE for a second the above is true.

And if so, exactlly WHAT has that got to do with the fact Harper and his fellow war loving, torture happy pals have been caught lying about the torture issue?

"We have a deal, there is no deal, if there is a deal I havnt heard about it,we are drafting a plan for a deal...etc etc"

Maybe if Harper stopped eating for a few hours he just might be able to think straight

I really don't give a rat's ass if Harper is fat or not. Love or hate a politician for their policies, not their appearance.

There's classic fuzzy liberal thinking. I'm sure that in the decade that Chretien put us there and Martin signed this prisoner agreement, that this is the first time there has ever been an aligation made by a taliban of abuse.
You want us to believe that?
It's as good as "I'll remove the GST" or I'll fix western ailenization or I'll have failed as PM".

Funny how all these noobs come out of the woodwork to defend the previous pack of cheats.

The fact that Liberals believe the enemy before our own military or foreign allies speaks volumes about Liberals themselves. But hey, these are the same folk who believe Arar was tortured without witnesses or a scratch on him.

So back to the question.

Just what do the LIBS have to do with Harper and his war mongers lying about what they knew about prisoner torture and lying about an agreement that didnt exist?

$1:
Baylee is a troll

Most posters are considered a troll on this forum if you dont..

1-Love Harper

2-Love war

3-Hate the enviroment

4-Love America and worship g.w.bush

Odd how the people on this forum can get away with all the name calling and swearing they want but simply asking someone if they are fat is considered a personal attack
