$1:
About a quarter of Canadians said they didn't believe in any God in a 2008 poll on religion

Poll underlines sharp divide on religion

I'm having trouble reconciling these two articles.. 75% believe in a god, and 64% believe that religion is harmful.

No wonder our elections turn out the way they do.

I'll give them credit for going after Islam, too. At least they're being fair about it.

'God' is not 'religion'. Does that help?

Very true, many believers don't follow a faith or worship in their own way and with organized religion more and more being scutinized alot of people are rethinking what they have been told all thier lives

Not quite sure what their point is. I'd be curious to see the uproar if big signs saying "You're going to hell if you don't accept Christ" were plastered over the sides of buses. It's only meant to be provocative, not open a dialogue.

It'll be interesting to see who gets 'provoked'.

What many most likely believe is that OTHER religions are harmful, or that religion and politics is harmful.

They should put something like:

Everyone is an 99% atheist, there's plenty of gods you don't believe in, we just believe there's even less.

Also most atheist groups are targeting Christians because they claim it's always been their holiday even-though they stole it from the pagans.

Christians: "You can't say Merry X-Mas or Happy Holidays!"

It doesn't help like stations like Fox News trying to call this a "war on Christmas."

Atheists are a damnation in our nation!

Targeting doesn't sound like they are trying to open a discussion. Athiets are shit disturbing here and nothing else.

Perhaps they might want to grow up a bit.

Maybe you should as the Christians telling me that I can not say Marry X-mas or Happy Holidays?
