If smoking is so harmful why dont they just make it illegal, because even 50 billion isnt enough to cover the health care costs and the tax money the government gets is a pittance.

Soooo does that mean smokers can sue the province for allowing cigs to be sold in the first place as well as profiting from the sale of cigs?

I guess there's too many people buying rezzie smokes anymore so the gov't needs to recoup the losses on their drug dealing operation.
