This has been an issue for too many years now. Obviously, a cull is needed and the meat does not have to go to waste.

Cull them send them to a college teaching a butcher’s course to be processed and donate them to a food bank. The packaging won’t be perfect but it’s good training. A all around win

That's a really great idea. I never thought about butcher training!

There is a program at NAIT that will have the meat cutting students process wild meat and distribute it appropriately. It used to be that you couldn't sell wild meat to the public (they have a store in the school where their work is sold, cheap) but you could have it processed for a fee, and given to places like retirement homes.

That said, hunting wild boar is very dangerous. Alpha males are big, and mean, and they will protect their herd with your life.

Move the pigs to Stanley Park.
After they've eaten 40 odd children, they'll have a meeting to decide if doing something about it should go on the next agenda....
