$1: "Nothing says 'I am ashamed of you my government' more than 'Stewart/Colbert '08,' Stewart told an audience Sunday at the New Yorker Festival.
Indeed.

He's probably holding out until 2012, when he can share a ticket with Senator Franken.

Jonathan Leibowitz hahaha you must be joking. He's lucky to have a job that allows him to sell his crappy jokes to <200k a night. Go ahead Mr Leibowitz run, I'd love the outing you'd get.

Hardy Hardy: hwacker hwacker: He's lucky to have a job that allows him to sell his crappy jokes to <200k a night. Try over 7 times that many as an average, and over 12 times that many on a good night. $1: The Daily Show averages 1.4 million viewers a night...
http://www.tv.com/story/story.html&story_id=3490$1: In the six years since Stewart took over, the audience for The Daily Show has grown almost threefold to 1.4 million viewers a night.
http://wired.com/wired/archive/13.09/stewart.html$1: The Daily Show, live on the East Coast, drew 2.4 million viewers...

A disciple of the crap spewer Jon “the not so Irish” Stewart.

$1: Comedy Central Dispersing 'Crowd'
Tuesday, September 28, 2004
09:17 AM PT Colin Quinn and his "Tough Crowd" may be ushered off the premises at Comedy Central.
The late-night show, which features a group of comedians working punchlines into a discussion of current events, is scheduled to go on a hiatus in November. That's no big deal, but it also looks like production of the show may shut down then as well.
"The future of the show will be determined at that time," a network spokesman tells The Hollywood Reporter. Other sources, however, tell the paper that "Tough Crowd" is probably on its last legs. Lackluster ratings are largely to blame. "Tough Crowd" holds onto only about half of the audience from its lead-in, "The Daily Show." The network has struggled in recent years to find a lead-out series that can retain most of "The Daily Show's" viewers, in a timeslot opposite the network late-night shows.
"Tough Crowd" premiered in December 2002.

Hardy, don't bother with hwacker, he's a right-winger, so naturally, Jon Stewart scares him because he makes him see faults(of which there are many) in the G.O.P, which hwacker no doubt thinks is second to God.

Hwacker is right-wing?
I just like to do a little fact checking from time to time. Helps keep people honest.

Did you fact check why he's using the name Stewart instead of Leibowitz, comedians don't change their names actors do.
Nice act. Funny, not so much.
