^^ This is a seismic shift in policy for the government. Jolys star is rising and she is core to the liberal brand, if she is saying they can do this and they end up doing that with loads of new spending on the arctic they could end up really having the cons hold the bag for the next election.

Sorry about that. I can't always tell if everyone can read things.
It corresponds to other OSINT that has been seen. Like all the scrap yards that held cold war era tanks near the Swedish border are empty, because Russia has been outfitting the rust buckets to go catch mortars in Ukraine.
Putin has been trying to keep up with the churn so bad, he's running out of things for Ukrainains to shoot at.
