Plus pigeons are disgusting horrible disease vectors, basically flying plague-carrying rats. And have a population in the billions, so a few of them flying into windows because some wag caught a few put little cowboy hats on them is no great loss at all. And quite hilarious.

Years ago Manchester (England) had a severe pigeon problem.

Approx' 30 semi trained Kestrels were let loose in the city center. Took about one year but problem solved.
