I was hoping that Biden would change SCOTUS to include all 13 districts, so that he could re-balance the court. But that was hoping too much. And without Congress, he could never get judges appointed.

I am currently watching a live press conference with PM Carney in the White House with President Trump. I can't think of a more uncomfortable place on planet earth for PM Carney to be, but I have to say that he is holding his own pretty well.
