to sum up, I have been to both Laconia and Sturgis.

This was much smaller than Sturgis, but better organized than Laconia.

Maybe 100,000 people for the whole week.
Lots of bikes for sale.
Food was ok, stuff for sale not so good.

My brother in law owns a BMW bike.
No shithead there.

When I was young, I had a BSA, late 1960s model, a 550.
I think they stopped producing in 72.
