Just my own. I've no idea what Canada will ask for from anyone and I'm not going to give tax advice.

Technically speaking, everyone who frequents the site pays for it by supporting the page views which drive ad revenue for Trevor. If someone has 100 or more posts on here then IMHO they're doing their part.

AS far as I know, lottery and gambling wins in Canada are tax free. However, it's possible the CRA would regard this as a gift, and I'm not too sure what the rules are regarding that. Either way, if you send me a chunk of free money, and I end up with a slightly smaller chunk of free money in the end... it's still free money
