Yes, on the American test, I'm a rabid left winger.
Oh, you mean the test that you thought was unbiased enough to start this thread ?
I only posted it because of that dichotomy - the difference between centrism in the Canada and the US. Had it showed I was a centrist (like my American buddy who sent the link), I don't think it would have been interesting enough to post.
Tack on nonsensical questions like do you prefer country or classical music, and it was bizarre enough to do so.

On the Canadian test Shep posted, I'm Conservative/Libertarian
Doubtful.

I'm sure since you now want to make sure to yourself that you are a centrist,
your answers now reflected your own confirmation bias.
OTOH, since the CPC is not actually a Conservative Party, who knows ?

It had nothing to do with proving anything to you or anyone else, but like the American test, but this test pointed me in a direction I hadn't expected.
I've always been very supportive of more defence spending, but I'd guess it was the rest of the foreign policy and law & order questions that pushed my score conservative score higher than the rest, even though on the domestic front, I support most of the Liberal platform.
I know you and the other 'true believers' here don't consider Red Tories/Blue Liberals to be centrist, but most of us do. But that's only because most of you are so far to the right that everyone is a Communist to you, even other conservatives.
