Way to go Canada, especially Veterans Affairs who decided a wreath and poppies at the new Vimy Education Centre would suffice......a very, very sad day for Canada.....

It's strange that when it comes to taking an entire gov't cabal to the anti global warming summit there was not trouble with money or when it came to half masting the flag on Parliament Hill for a civilian singer friend of the PM there was no problem.

But, when it comes to honouring any of our war hero's, men like Smokey Smith or John McCrae there'll be no gov't participation and no respectful recognition because in a Liberal Party Canada people like them apparently aren't worthy of the proper marks of respect.

Tricks Tricks:
Unacceptable.

Go tell that to all the idiots that voted for Trudeau.

The 'post national', we aren't even a country anymore Trudeau.

The 'women and illegal migrants are more important than vets' Trudeau.

The we ain't teaching history in school anymore, because diversity is more important
and someone might get offended Trudeau.

Thing is, no one should be surprised.

They are doing things like this on purpose.

I've been there to pay respects.

I buried the poppy in the soil so the gardeners won't remove it.
Maybe someone will dig it up in 50 or 100 years. :)

I'm trying to post the video directly.
It's a short clip of that flag fluttering in the wind.

At least the French are grateful for the Canadian heroes who fought, bled, and died for their freedom.

And it is a God-damned shame that PM Quisling doesn't give a single fuck about those same Canadian heroes.

The SOB deserves a roundhouse to his pretty face. I hope he gets it.

Just for some perspective..

Russia marked the 75th anniversary of the victory of the Battle of Stalingrad which ended in 1943
