People on Twitter haven't really begun thinking through the implications of the capture of Russian Lieutenant General Andrei Sychevoi.

If Ukraine got him, they overran his headquarters and all the paper & electronic records held there...intact.

Unless he was captured away from his HQ either en route or coming from the front lines. I remember earlier in the war when the high attrition rates of Russian officers was happening, it was due to the poor command and control structure of the Russian army and how more senior commanders had to go and command their subordinates in person because they had no tactical freedom or acumen

I was wondering the same thing as Rob on Speak The Truth too. If announcing an operation in Kherson was a feint. Get all the troops in the south, take out the ammo and bridges, then attack the North.
