Yes,it's certainly the year of the pop star.
But the media makes it sound like drug use and alcohol addictions are a new thing with Hollywood starlets.
Drug and alcohol use go hand in hand with being a celebrity.
I am not saying all celeb's have drug or alcohol addictions, but you would be surprised as to how many actually do.
The only difference between the pop stars of today, and the pop stars of yester year is discretion.
Celebrities were a lot more discreet about their bad habits, and went out of their way to hide it.
These days, people like Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan seem to relish in all the attention they recieve from the paparazzi, and it's even cooler if they make the cover of
Us Weekly or In Touch magazine.
We as a society are partially to blame for how these celebs behave.
We not only make it ok,but sometimes we endorse it.
Stop buying the tabloids,or movies in which these celebs appear.
Ah,I wonder if Miley Cyrus is the only good teen left.
But chances are, she's up to no good like Jamie Lynn Spears.lol
