Big surprise there. Once they get their acceptance letter to Med School their belief in entitlement starts. They start to believe they are never wrong and anything they do is on the up and up..........because they're "doctors"
Another little thing they don't mention is who "may" be doing the actual surgery because you'd never know. An example is that someone may have waited months or years to have a certain surgeon perform the procedure because they are a leader in that field. Yet when it comes time to have it done, the procedure is actually preformed by his resident. The guy you think may be standing right behind him or just outside the OR but it's not his hands working the tools.
