Not even newsworthy. No one in their right mind can take the Green Party seriously. They don't even have official party status, and most likely never will. Bunch of freaking nutbars with no plan whatsoever.

They're an interesting party to say the least. Not often you see a party with only two issues - one, shut down the economy forever and, two, death to Israel. Good reminder that when Elizbeth May said it was "just a mistake" when she was photographed with some Hezbollah flags behind her that she was completely and utterly full of shit. The Juden-hass runs deep and strong in these ones.

I'm looking at the constitution now:

    Where is that listed exactly?

Maybe you were thinking the Bloc?

You don't have to dig very deep to find some harsh anti-Semitism in the ranks of the Canadian left, or in any other country either. Greens, NDP, Bloc - they're all the same. They hide it better than the right-wing haters of Jews do but in the end it's all the same. Israel shouldn't exist, Jews don't need/deserve a nation of their own, and they have too much influence in politics & economics. Same ghastly message, just disguised slightly better behind the left's "we care about the world" cuddly imagery.

I say this every time I hear this, but they are a more legit party than the Bloc. The BQ’s only platform is fuck Canada. The Greens have a comprehensive platform and actually run candidates in every riding.

The Green's only platform is fuck , especially if you don't agree with them.

Can never take them seriously. Period.

‘I am not a token:’ Freeland fires back at Paul’s accusation she is Trudeau’s ‘female shield’
Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland is firing back at Green Party Leader Annamie Paul, stating she is “not a token” after being accused of serving as a “female shield” to the prime minister.

“I am not a token, nor would I ever accuse another woman politician of being some man’s token – that is not how a feminist treats another woman,” Freeland wrote in a statement sent to Global News.

“I’m a proud feminist who serves in a feminist government with a feminist Prime Minister.”

Just watched "At Issue". They were right in saying that Elizabeth May projected a progressive, inclusive, attitude toward politics. And that drew people to the party.

Annamie Paul is doing the exact opposite, playing the divisive card. And it will alienate the people who saw that in the Green Party and hate that in the other parties.

I think she is done as Green Party leader.
