How many more millions are they going to waste by re-transforming the CF again?? It wasn't too long ago that there was a big transformation that was supposed to streamline the Forces. Apparently it was just lip service.

Does seem like a big growth just for Admin and just for the NCR, plus I'm sure there are a number of consultants who are getting paid more than they are worth assuming DND is like typical fed departments. I know of more than one person who retired and withing a year was rehired as a consultant to do the same job they retired from for twice the wage. Sickening!

BTW, DND and RCMP are the only departments exempt from treasury board rules about hiring retired employees back for large sums of money.
