I think I've realted the tale of my adventure eating just one of the little blighters. Even though I bit it in half, it still lived. The back half was still trying to walk around the table. The front half, in my mouth, would gamely grab on to the back of my tongue with its sticky little legs every time I tried to swallow it, and it would crawl its way back up into my mouth again, dragging its ruined entrails behind it.
Those arthropd body parts are pretty sticky. More ammo for moms trying to get their kids to chew their food.

It is a sad day isn't it? It reminds me of the hanta virus scare that swept the country a few years back. When the report came out that one contracted the disease by ingesting mouse droppings I thought right away that this could get out of hand. But probably not for long.
