Researchers have determined in the largest online study on the intelligence quotient (IQ) that results from the test may not exactly show how smart someone is.

    It takes at least 3 numbers to sum it up.

    I would also add that having a university diploma is also not an accurate marker of intelligence. :lol:

    I get 120's in IQ tests., which isn't very good.

    You're in the 89th percentile. Ie 88 percent of people have a lower IQ than you do. Not really that bad, is it? Anyway, Gardner has 7 types of intelligence. Abstract reasoning is only one of them.

    IQ measure your ability to take an IQ test. That said, they have some general applicability. They just shouldn't be relied upon.

    They're a pretty good indicator on how you'll do academically, tho that wasn't always the situation in my case.
