RCMP report that 11 people have died in several separate collisions on northern Alberta roads in the short span of 13 hours.

Yea, I don't know WTF is going on. 3 of them died a couple miles from my place, and the weather was actually not bad for November.

The sad thing is that it INS'T a record - there have been similar weekends like this in the recent past. The difference is that they typically occur on summer weekends, not fall ones.
