Williams Lake aims to inject GPS trackers into prolific offenders

It may sound like a scene out of the Bourne movie series, but a B.C. city council thinks it has a solution to prolific offenders — inject them with GPS trackers.

Apparently all it takes is a court order and some company (like Apple) can be forced to make it or else face prosecution.
