No one knows the circumstances surrounding his death, yet they are ready to blame Correctional Services for his death. People die all the time in hospitals under the eyes of doctors and nurses. Sure there needs to be an inquest, to look for problems and improvements, but there are some out there who think of this as some sort of execution.

It should also be pointed out that he died in the hospital, not in the institution, so care was provided by staff.

Well, I guess he paid the ultimate price for being an anti-societal asswipe. Sorry, not feeling any sympathy for the goof.
