An Alberta businessman says he has designed a poppy donation box that can�t be stolen in response to a rash of thefts across Calgary last year. �I got pissed off and said we need to fix this,� he told CTV Calgary in Cochrane, Alta., on Friday.

I hope it is effective. Anything that prevents dirtbags from stealing from Canadas Finest should be applauded.
