Damn most of the cars I've owned aren't worth $2400.Still I can't stand a thief.I think the rule of thumb is anything over $1000 is grand theft, and considered a felony.A felony conviction, and some time in the grey bar motel could be the attitude adjustment this punk needs.

Damn I miss Maine! But seriously why not equal rights for men and women? Men are allowed to take thier tops off in public, why not women?I remember being 18 stationed in Europe.I went to Amsterdam for a week.Every day I would go to Zanforth beach on the train. The main beach was topless{as most beaches...

Are they Canadian citizens?I am no expert on Canadian citizenship.I lived in Canada for several years, but never sought citizenship.Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe you have to speak one of Canadas official languages to become a citizen.I know that as a legal resident of Canada I had to id myse...

What a waste of time and resources.Just legalize pot and tax it.I remember a few years back when Vancouver was being touted as the North American Amsterdam. What happened? This could revamp the tourist industry, exchange rate be damned.Canadians are supposed to be ahead of Americans on social issues.Y...

To be sure, it's a deliberately vague term and that's the problem. What would make a police officer reasonably suspicious about a person's citiznship status? Apart from skin colour, I doubt there's anything else. How about the fact that they don't speak a word of English? If they were born and rais...

Let me say thank you to the brave sailors of the Royal Canadian Navy and the Canadian Merchant Marine. The Battle of the Atlantic started on time unlike the phoney war in Europe. From day one,the Atlantic was an extremly dangerous place to be.Britain,Western Europe, and indeed a majority of the world o...

RUEZ is spot on! Theft is theft.Lots of businesses have huge markup on thier product.Take diamonds. When you proposed to your wife did you steal an engagement ring? Tim Hortons has huge markup, are you stealing coffee from them? People steal from the recording industry because they can, soon they feel ...

Try crossing the border with mixed company{Canadian dating an American}My results were a 99% indoor interview on both sides of the border.Traveling alone was never a problem. One suggestion that I would make to the American side would be to hire more locals. The U.S. southern border goes out of the wa...

It's the other way around at the Ontario/ New York border. The Yank border types are utter wankers. The Canadian side gaurds have never, ever been rude to me. Rudeness is the order of the day on the US side. Same with the Ambassador Bridge crossing, though there are some douchebags on the Canadian ...

I feel like I am crossing a line commenting on this thread. As an American I have no business telling the people in Canada how to react to thier military. As a former brother in arms,I feel as though I have to say something in the defense of the brave Canadian special forces. When I first read this art...

This is powerful stuff.Once I started watching I could not stop.Excellent video, and very disturbing. In my mind I can not equate this Canada with the one that I lived in for several years. This video may as well have been shot in another country.I have travelled through the Maritimes,Quebec, and Ontari...
