Wow...this has nothing to do with the new crime bill and every thing to do with failings in the RCMP. I am in the military and I wouldnt dare try that shit on a subordinate because I know the consequences both professionally and personally. I hope this lady gets everything she wants from the RCMP. I watched this game and Beagle picked the fight, so Ovechkin thinks it was disrespectful for Asham to have accepted? As for Ashams actions I agree they were a little over the line.

The author of that article fails to take several things into account, first and foremost he states that we have ignored our peacekeeping past which I disagree with. The current conflicts in the world are less about nation vs nation where it was clear who the two sides were and therefore easy to keep...

My point is that the company is not being sold to a group of investors but to another nation, am I the only one who thinks there is a problem with this? I remember 15 years ago when we bitched because we were selling out to the US, we need to control our own destiny.

I agree that the environment should be protected, however in 10 years when some developer buys the land and builds 2000 identical houses and sells them at a ridiculous cost will everyone be happier??
