| That's pretty dumb. It's just adding another tax that will do nothing to prevent obesity. The fat dude may drink diet coke, he's still gonna eat 12 hamburgers. |

| Good job by the police, now the system will fuck that up and let the bitch go with a diminished penalty. |

| She will probably get a ridiculously small punishment for what she did, anyway. |

| Anyway, polls will say the exact opposite next week, we're not even sure to have elections, and if we do, it will remain the exact same thing, except that they will get a new liberal leader. |

Even if your opinion makes sense about weed, the original article is about all kinds of drugs. I'm not sure you can use the same arguments about heroin or meth.
I don't mind light drugs to be legal (even if I would never touch any) but hard drugs should definitely remain illegal in my opinion. |

| Well, I discuss politics a lot with my friends. However, they do not show a lot of interests for that, unlike I do. But again, I live in Quebec. I've got separatists friends that will hate harper and vote bloc no matter how I disprove their arguments. I have other friends that are leftists and will ... |

| These types of ads and criticism works. When the CPC or Liberals jump the gun and define their opponent via media, they win. I think that's pretty sad. I'd rather vote for a party that tells me what they're going to do instead of a party that forces obvious demagogy down people's throat and juste w... |

| I think Quebec is slowly becoming less of an important factor of relying on their vote to achieve a majority, after the last election how many extra seats were given out the last time ? something like 30-35 ? And Quebec got none of those. The Quebec population isn't growing as it should while other... |

| I like how evolution is being taught in schools as fact when in FACT, it is still a THEORY. Even the "educated" masses that believe in evolution conveniently forget it's a theory still and thusly UNPROVEN. 1. It is taught as theory and not as fact. 2. To prove a scientific theory one of t... |

| As I got older, it clicked. They did it to give themselves time to cool down so that what I got was corrective, not a beating out of frustration. Exactly, you got that right. Spanking is a punishment that comes from the parent's frustration. The kid doesn't understand anything from being agressed e... |

Spanking won't make your children a better person, it will make your children a person that is scared of getting beaten the crap up if ... |

Legally, he has the right to spank his children.
On the other hand, I think that hitting your child is a pretty bad way to make discipline and good parents don't need to resort to that kind of domination techniques. |
