| well I would rather stupidity cost the life of the purpetrator rather than Canadian troops. The CBC has painted it our to be a terrible tragety failing to highligh and reinforce other facts. Our men and women are out there putting them selves in the line of fire. There is not such thing as a warning... |

| In Afghanistan they know protocol. They know to stop at a vehical check point. Come on now, even if this was in Canada and the War Measures Act were in play, would you stop for a uniform? of course you would! If these people choose to threaten Canadian troops they will pay the price. I refuse to see... |

We are also the only troops located in Southern Afghanistan that are there for peace making (in otherwords-- combat) the Bitish are dealing with the opium and pot, Americans have not prioritsed this mission and therefore are not at the forefront with their allied Canadains. ... |
