Look at how quick they put this to a vote. We the people got to have no say at all(as usual.) Hopefully in the next election this will be an issue same with NAFTA. I wish Canada could go back to being how it used to be decades ago when our prime ministers would make decisions in the interest of Cana...

[QUOTE BY= The Saint]I suppose. I have to admit that I have fallen for the trap Quebec-nationalists like you set to bait Canadians to respond to the lies, exaggerations, and half-truths perpetrated by separatists. When we do you then spin our replies and reactions as "Quebec bashing" and "hate monge...

Michou, the chances of Quebec becoming independent are quite low. You can even seen in in Gilles Duceppes face that independence is not quite as attractive as it was during the sponsorship scandal. That would be because so many quebecers associated Canada with the Liberals and for the past 3 months ...

Stephen Harper isn't going to be more agressive with foreign policy because he's going to want to get re elected again. And yes this poll means alot because it shows that the rise in separatism had to do with the Liberals. Although I can't stand conservatism it's nice to see Quebecers open to federa...
