The Anon person who was listing all these famous people in Quebec that the rest of Canada doesn't know of are you trying to say if Quebec became a country then the rest of Canada would know who they are? Celine Dion would never have become as famous as she is unless she learned english. English is n...

All these problems like a slow health care, zero social safety net, unequal distribution of income etc. This is due to the LIBERALS not Canada. Instead of seperatists thinking all of this is because of Canada maybe they should start saying this is because of Jean Chretien, John Manley and Paul Marti...

Michou does Canada not have any artists that make it onto the world scene? Samuel instead of saying Canada can't protect it's own culture how about saying the Liberals can't protect it. It's stupid to just assume no one in Canada cares. And did it ever occur to any of you seperatists that alot of ou...

I don't believe that it should be a national referendum. It should be a provincial referendum so that the focus can be solely on getting Quebec into the constitution with 50.1%.

Yah our politicians don't have a backbone. The liberals are more focused with intergrating Canada...

If all the english provinces had come together and formed a country called CANADA then they went over to Quebec and made it part of Canada then michou you would have a point for Quebec seperation. But that is not what happened at all. Quebec has never been a country. It was the french who approached...

Delenda dreaming of a seperate Quebec can only actually come in 2008 and that's if the PQ government thinks there ready to call a referendum. There is 3 years for the federal government to find a way to get Quebec into the constitution so right now the federalist side has the upper edge.
...

Oh i think the english side of Canada will approve it if it means no more talk of seperation and having seperatist parties in parliament.

Just because you think Canada is doomed does not mean everyone else in Canada thinks the same thing.

In 1995 peo...

You can easily reduce the worlds population without killing people! In china they have a one child policy. It actually works. Even though china is not a democracy and people have no freedoms China's concept makes sense. If people were actually on birth control after they have 2 or 3 kids it would re...

Delenda I don't think you understood what I meant. The federal government should come up with things that they would change in the constitution and the english speaking side would then approve then they should go to Charest and he should put it to a referendum in Quebec.IF 50.1% support signing the ...

I believe the world should start striving to have a population of 4 billion. It may be 6 billion but the world can't even sustain this many people and in Canada they should lower immigration until they can find jobs that the immagrants already here should be working not driving taxi's and so on. And...
