| These are brutal! Visual recognition used to be part of my job, as a NESOP, until they realized that by the time you see it it's far too late. So we don't do it or practice it much anymore. | If the shooter checked the area and didn't see or wasn't able to see the child he either was negligent or had chosen a very poor area for his target practice. The shooter and parents should all be held accountable - as a lesson for other shooters and other parents that they will be held accountable. |

| The parents have to be held responsible for bringing their child to this picnic/target practice and then not properly supervising. This is akin to those parents who went away for the weekend and left their baby in his crib with 10 bottles of milk. Kids need constant supervision, sometimes more than ... |

| I voted NDP only cuz I was certain that the Liberals would get back in but I wanted a stronger opposition. If possible in BC, we might have four years of reasonably sane government. Hopefully things will only get better. |
