That is your OPINION, but not a fact. It's up to a qualified judge to determine if a law has been broken, hopefully not a liberal one. No I'm actually a Judge in Tennessee  of course its my opinion, is this what you want everyone to do now? put IN MY OPINION in front of everything they say I ...

Of course it is meant to cause insult. But that doesn't make it a bloody hate crime, at least not by our definition. Yes it is if you physically direct that insult at a place of worship. I don't know how I can make this any simpler but there is an absolute difference between expressing an opinion t...

Those examples are showing hate though. This isn't showing absolute hate. It's showing absurdity in the religion. It's mean, I am not arguing that. But if that was a hate crime, then me saying any religion that restricts you from eating a certain type of food is retarded, then that's a hate crime t...

Yes. I would be pissed off and want to find the fuckers and beat some sense into them. But yes, it is their right. Even though again, it could be considered vandalism.

 so you'd support their right to do it but you'd want to beat the shit out of them for doing it, yes very logical

Why not? Not freedom of expression is not expressing you're dislike for someone? When did that happen? I didn't get that memo. If someone flung dogshit at my house it is vandalism. Not a hate crime. so presumably you'd consider it freedom of speech if someone left a turd on a red ensign with a popp...

It wasn't illegal. It was freedom of expression. If someone threw dogshit at your house, would you appreciate their "freedom of expression"? All they are "expressing" is hate, which can, in the US and Canada, be considered illegal. You are not free to incite hatred against a gro...

So? Someone has called the muslim faith unclean. They have expressed their opinion about it, and now they may go to jail if found. there's a difference between expressing an opinion and deliberately commiting an act intended to demean someone, if you honestly think that buying a copy of the ...

I think people just compare the 2 because they are both the respective countries largest city. New York is New York and Toronto is Toronto, they both have things to be proud of. Yeah, but Torontonians are so arrogant they don't even bother comparing themselves to other Canadian cities. Torontonians...

Very strange, Bart. I'm only hearing of one gunman. :? I'm getting the radio, too, which has now gone 180 and said that the law enforcement search for the other suspects has apparently ended. From the looks of the stand down on live TV that appears to be the case. One guy nailing 31 people is impre...
