The problem with separation is the quebecois federalist population as well as first nations and anglophone who don't want to separate from Canada. Separatists are to blame for making French an exclusive culture within Quebec instead of encouraging billingualism throughout our country.

I think there should be age restrictions, just as there are with alcohol, but to tell an adult that they can't occasionally use a certain substance because it might make them a little lazy for a few hours is not a valid argument in my opinion. The problem with that is that very few marijuana smoker...
